Cookie Policy

Readio uses cookies and similar technologies — mainly your browser's local storage — to run the app, remember your choices and, only with your permission, measure usage and show ads. This page lists what is used. See also our Privacy Policy.

Necessary (always on)

Required for the features you ask for; they cannot be turned off. Readio itself sets no first-party cookies; it stores data in local storage / session storage / IndexedDB, for example: your language and theme, your saved sources, favorites and folders, your audiobook archive, folders and listening position, offline items, sign-in session, and your consent choice (ho9_consent: version, time, chosen categories, language — no IP address or device identifier). Payments (Paddle) and "Sign in with Google" load only when you start a payment or sign-in.

Usage and performance measurement

To improve Readio and serve you better, we also measure usage and page-load performance with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare adds it to our pages automatically, so it is independent of the choices on this page. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Analytics (optional)

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) helps us understand how Readio is used. It is loaded only if you turn on "Analytics" and may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. If you turn it off, it stops and these cookies are removed. If you have allowed Analytics, Google Analytics 4 may also measure the address of a link you click that leads away from Readio's pages. This applies only if you have allowed Analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Advertising (optional)

Google AdSense (Google LLC) shows ads on the Free plan. It is loaded only if you turn on "Advertising" and may set cookies such as __gads and __gpi. If you turn it off, no ads are shown and these cookies are removed (a page reload may be needed).

Third-party media (optional)

Embedded YouTube videos (youtube-nocookie.com, Google LLC) load only if you allow "Third-party Media" — Readio asks when you try to play a video.

Personalization

Readio currently has no service that requires a separate personalization permission, so this category is not shown. It will appear if such a service is added.

Change or withdraw your choice

Open Cookie Preferences — or in the app: Settings → Other Settings → Privacy → Cookie Preferences. You can also clear site data in your browser, after which Readio will ask again.

Kişiselleştirme

Readio'da şu anda ayrı bir kişiselleştirme izni gerektiren servis yok, bu yüzden kategori gösterilmez. Böyle bir servis eklenirse görünür.

Tercihini değiştir veya geri çek

Çerez Tercihleri'ni aç — ya da uygulamada: Ayarlar → Diğer Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Çerez Tercihleri. Tarayıcında site verilerini temizlersen Readio yeniden sorar.
